Description

The Witch was an enemy that appeared exclusively in Trick or Threat Town as part of the Halloween 2020 Event. For its debut it had average health, slightly more than the Buried, but was quick. Additionally, it was a flying enemy so it could not have been detected by ground towers or collided with units.

Appearance

The Witch wore a black robe and had back legs. It had green skin, a long nose and an emotionless face. It wore a sorcerer's hat and rode a broomstick that levitated above the ground. Purple smoke was left behind the broom as it flew.

Strategy

• As the Witch is a flying enemy, units (from the Military Base and Crook Boss, and Citizens) cannot collide or detect it.
  • Ground towers also cannot detect the Witch.
  • Only cliff and air-based towers can detect the Witch. These towers are the Ranger, Sniper, Ace Pilot, Mortar and Pursuit.
• As the Witch is quite quick, the Ace Pilot or Pursuit is recommended against them, as slow firerate towers may struggle against it.

Trivia

• Similar to the Balloon, some ground towers, like the Electroshocker, Pyromancer, Gladiator and Shotgunner, could hit the Witch while it was in the air, if they are on a high platform or leverage.
  • However, this could only occur on other maps via commands, as Trick or Threat Town had no ground spots that are higher than the path.
• The hat used by the Witch was a re-textured version of the Witch Hat accessory from the Roblox catalog.
  • The broom used by the Witch was the Broom gear from the Roblox catalog.
