Description

Tropical Industries is a Normal map set on a tropical island.

Tropical Industries has the Enemies Beta modifier, which changes the appearance of some enemies, replaces some enemies with other enemies and changes stats of some enemies.

Design & Path

Tropical Industries is an industrial map set on a tropical island. The island is split into two parts by a river body, which currently because of a bug has no water. The first area is grassy. It has multiple palm trees with coconuts, cliffs and lights. The second area is a lot more industrial. It is surrounded by fences and cliffs. Most of the grass is replaced by grey concrete. A few lights and scaffolding can be seen there. There are also two large industrial buildings, one made out of red bricks with a black roof, black windows, grey doors and three smokestacks. The second building has white walls, red roof, with multiple entrances to it and a lightning bolt emblem.
The path starts at a cave and ends at a large factory. It is a winding path which goes around the grassy area and then crosses the bridge, which leads into the industrial area of the map.

Strategy

• As this map has a curvy path there are a lot decent spots for ground towers on the entire map.
  • Because of its shape, there are also multiple great spots for the Ace Pilot and Pursuit, with the best one being at the back of the map, which allows them to cover some part of the path for most of their flight path.
• This map has a large amount of cliff spots, though they are generally on the side of the map, reducing their path coverage.
  • The DJ Booth can be useful at increasing their range.

Trivia

• Due to a developer error in positioning the map, the river body has no terrain water in it.
  • The water can still be seen on the map's icon.
  • Some water can still be seen in the river, although that is due to the waves clipping through the riverbed.
