Description

The Sugrawr was an enemy that appeared exclusively in Eggy Island as part of the Spring 2020 Event. It appeared in easy mode with 30 health and in hard mode with 50 health. It had slightly above average speed in easy mode but was much faster in hard mode.

Appearance

The Sugrawr had cyan blue skin, and its torso and legs were yellow. It wore a cut in half candy wrapper and had a smile face. It had an unusual running animation, flailing its arms as it ran.

Strategy

• In easy mode, several Soldiers is enough defeat the Sugrawr.
  • You can also save up for the Minigunner, so long someone else places down other towers to defend from the Zombeggs that debut before the Sugrawr.
• The Pyromancer can slow down hordes of Sugrawrs. Additionally, in hard mode, the Electroshocker and Frost Blaster can also be used to slow down the Sugrawr.
  • The Freezer can also be used, though be aware of its slow projectile speed.
• In hard mode, the Holiday Archer can be used as an effective tower against the Sugrawr.

Trivia

• The Sugrawr was a portmanteau of the words "sugar" and "rawr", with the latter being an onomatopoeia of "roar".
