The Speedy Boss, previously known as the Boss3, is a large and fast enemy that appears in Easy, Casual, Legacy Molten and Intermediate modes. It has less health than the Slow Boss, but it makes up for that in its speed, having the same speed as the Hidden. The Speedy Boss has no immunities.
The Speedy Boss can be spawned from the Mystery Boss upon its death in Molten mode.

It wears a grey vest on its body with a glowing light blue lightning bolt emblem that has a shining particle. The backside of the vest has an exposed compartment with a red switch and two batteries labeled "Durablox" embedded into a battery compartment. It also has two vents on the backside that emit a large blue aura. It constantly emits sparking and lightning particles.

It had a glowing blue lightning bolt emblem on its torso, as well as sharp glowing blue spikes growing out of its shoulders. Additionally, it has two diagonal scars that form a mirrored "y" symbol".

The second version of the legacy Speedy Boss is similar to the fourth version, except it had a lighter blue pebble torso and legs. It also had thinner armbands, and its crystals were a darker blue and did not glow as much. It also had a drooling zombie face with glowing yellow eyes.
The first version of the legacy Speedy Boss had a desaturated yellow skin color, as well as a golden marble torso and legs. Strategy
- Slowing towers like the Freezer and Electroshocker can be quite useful.
- Do note that the Speedy Boss's large size will render freezing towers and the Warden less effective.
- Towers with short range or slow firerate may be weaker against the Speedy Boss due to its fast speed.

Trivia
- The original name and appearance of the Speedy Boss was based on the Boss3 from Tower Battles.
- When the Uber Mystery was in the game, it had a chance of spawning the Speedy Boss upon its death in Golden and Fallen modes.
- The Speedy King can be considered as a Hardcore variant of the Speedy Boss.
- The skull shoulder pads used by the fifth appearance of the Speedy Boss are re-textured versions of the The Riddling Skull accessory from the Roblox catalog.
- Despite being a boss version of the Speedy, the third and fourth versions of the Speedy Boss looked more similar to the Quick than the Speedy.
- Oddly, in v1.23.0, the appearance of the Speedy Boss was not updated to always use the Enemies Beta appearance like how other Molten mode enemies were.
- The "32" writing on the side-end of the Speedy Boss's metal booster is a reference to the 32 meme within the Tower Defense Simulator community.
- The word "Durablox" written on the batteries is a portmanteau of Duracell, which is a real-life battery brand, and Roblox.
