Snow Golem (Cold Ambush) was previously removed from the game on the 4th of February 2023 as it was part of the Violent Night Event, though it has been made available through the Sandbox mode.
It is not accessible anywhere else in the game, aside from in Sandbox Mode. This page will attempt to include information about both the version before removal and its re-added version.

Description

The Snow Golem was a large and tanky enemy that appeared on Wave 8 of Cold Ambush as part of the Violent Night Event. Currently, it can be spawned in Sandbox mode. It had a high amount of health and slow speed. Upon death, it spawns three Snowmen, which can easily overwhelm unprepared players. In Sandbox mode, it summons Operation I.C.E Event Snowmen normally.

Appearance

The Snow Golem is a large hulking figure built from snow. Its rig has a waist and lower arms and legs. It has an orange carrot for a nose, black pebble eyes and a stick which resembles a unibrow. There are multiple sticks lodged into the backside of its torso. On the front of its torso there are two large black pebbles, which resemble buttons. There is another pebble button on the front of its waist.

Event Strategy

Strategy listed here was made for the Violent Night Event.

• High DPS towers like the Golden Minigunner, Ranger, Accelerator or Engineer are recommended against this.
  • Multiple weaker towers like the Golden Scout, Cowboy, Militant or Golden Cowboy can also work.
  • Additionally, support towers such as Commander and DJ Booth can be used to boost these towers, further increasing their effectiveness.
• Towers that can damage multiple enemies at once, such as the Executioner and Mortar can be quite useful against this, as it spawns multiple enemies when killed.
• Due to how many Snowmen are spawned upon the Snow Golem's death, it is recommended to defeat this enemy as far away from the tree as possible.

• Weirdly, the dialogue for the Snow Golem appeared on Wave 9, despite its debut wave being Wave 8.
