Description[]

The Rusher was an enemy that only appeared in Polluted Wasteland Fallen mode, replacing the Hazard.

In Polluted Wasteland Fallen mode, the Rusher replaced the Hazard and was significantly faster, matching the speed of the Glitch with its shield while also boasting far more health. However, once the Rusher's health dropped to half, it lost its shield and became much slower. Previously, the Rusher was spawned by the Nuclear Fallen King and the Mystery upon their death from Wave 29 onward.

Appearance[]

The Rusher was similar to the Hazard and Fallen Rusher. However, it had a grey hazmat suit with more coverings and a tactical vest. It had a green reflective and translucent riot shield that it ran with. While the shield appeared in front of the Rusher, it did not negate damage. It also had diamond-plated black knee pads, gloves and boots.

Strategy[]

  • Reduce the Rusher's health down to half health in order to slow it down.
  • As they appear in large numbers, a Rocketeer or Mortar may be required to tackle these.
    • However, due to these towers' slow projectile speed, they might not be able to hit Rushers.
      • You may need to set these towers to target Closest to have a higher chance in hitting the Rusher.
  • High DPS towers, like the Ranger, Turret or Minigunner, will be required to tackle Rushers.
    • Due to the Rusher's high speed and high health, the Commander and DJ Booth may also be required to boost firerate and increase the range of towers, respectively.
  • You can use the Electroshocker, Freezer or Frost Blaster to slow down Rushers.

    • The Rusher has more health, but the Fallen Rusher is much faster, having a speed of 15 while the Rusher as 12.
  • Before the Overhaul Update, the Rusher could appear in regular Fallen mode when the Mystery died from wave 29 onwards.
  • The Rusher's mask is the Fire Fighter Hazard Mask accessory from the Roblox catalog.
