Description

The Overgrowth was the second enemy that appeared in the Lunar Overture Event. It had higher health but was slower than the Pumpkid.

Appearance

The Overgrowth was a living, humanoid made out of wood. It had vines growing all over its body, as well as dark brown bark patches on its torso and right arm. Its left leg was carved in around what would be the knee area. It had yellow eyes and the top of its head was splintered.

Strategy

• Cheap and high DPS towers like the Crook Boss/Golden Crook Boss, Ace Pilot, Golden Soldier and Golden Scout can kill it easily.
• Towers with the capability to damage chains of enemies at once, like the Executioner or the Pyromancer, are extremely useful against this enemy.

Trivia

• The Overgrowth's appearance is nearly identical to the Overgrowth from the Solar Eclipse Event.
  • It also makes an appearance in Polluted Wasteland II, though the game refers to it as a Lurker.
