Description

The Napalm Strike is one of the four rare consumables. The Napalm Strike has a 2.78% (5.41% with VIP+) chance to be gotten from a Low Grade Consumable Crate, a 6.15% (9.41% with VIP+) chance to be gotten from a Mid Grade Consumable Crate and a 22.03% (21.67% with VIP+) chance to be gotten from a High Grade Consumable Crate.

Only up to three Napalm Strikes can be used in a match by a single player. It has a 45 second cooldown, though when the match first starts the cooldown is set to 30 seconds.

Usage

When using the Napalm Strike, your avatar's right hand will hold a radio, playing a custom idle animation. You will be able to choose an area where the Napalm Strike will fire napalm bombs at. These bombs will create a wall of fire with a big radius. This wall of fire lasts for 15 seconds, dealing 8 damage every 0.1 seconds (80 DPS) to any enemy that passes through it, as long as it is not Lead or Burn Immune. Enemies will be set on fire for 10 seconds, receiving 4 damage every 0.75 seconds (5.33 DPS), dealing 80 damage in total. It will also drop their defense by 15% every tick. It can only drop up to 50% of the enemy's defense. As it drops it through fire, any other fire based defense dropping, such as the Molotov or Pyromancer, will not stack with it.

Appearance

The Napalm Strike is a Grumman F-14D Tomcat that fires missiles. The inventory and hotbar icon shows fire in the top right corner to indicate that it is the Napalm Strike consumable.

Strategy

  • The rapid fire damage of the Napalm Strike is effective against groups of slow enemies, capable of dealing a large amount of damage before the enemy leaves the fire.
  • The Napalm Strike can be effective at dropping the defense against groups of enemies with high defense such as the Fallen Guardian if defense dropping towers are not placed down.
