Level	Image	Cosmetic Changes
0		Base set on sand covered by green walls with grey columns. Two green barracks and grey radio tower. Red, green and grey containers, and red and brown barrels. Entrance protected by a gatehouse, gate arm, sand bags and a turret.
1		Upgraded grey barracks with, with the radio tower on top. Three mortars, two on the barracks and one near the entrance. Large white and red propane gas tank.
2		Upgraded green barracks, with mortars turned into a large turret. Large grey gate replaces the gate arm. Turret and mortar are now upgraded, placed on top of a tower with another mortar. Large green watch tower.
3		Base is now entirely black, red and green. Barracks upgraded even further, turret now has two barrels. Turret and mortars on a tower replaced by a three barrel turret. Radio tower is now black. Watchtower now has two antennas. Gate upgraded further, with two lights.
4		No change.

3		Base walls improved further, with barbed wire on top. Two additional sentries on the wall towers. Satellite is now taller. Improved barracks, now has another floor with a blue window and a large tube on top. Grey building is now black, with the viewing area being turned into a black, grey and orange tower.
4		Wall gate now has two lights. Additional sentry on the wall tower. Improved barracks with an antenna on top. Improved black building. Satellite is now even taller.

  • The Level 1 Liberator Field Medic is based on the B-24 Enforcer armor from Helldivers 2.
  • The Level 1 Liberator Riot Guard is based on the B-27 Fortified Commando armor from Helldivers 2.
  • The space shuttle that air-drops units is the Pelican-1 from Helldivers 2.
