Headache Headquarters was previously removed on the 8th of April 2024, though it has been made available through the Sandbox mode later.
It is not accessible anywhere else in the game. This page will attempt to include information about both the version before removal and its re-added version.

- ―Headache Headquarters being activated
Description
Headache Headquarters was a map set in a laboratory, only playable by sending "dop dop yes yes" in chat on Wave 0 of Easy mode, after the mode vote but before the first wave starts. It has been made available again through Sandbox mode, without the Brain Rot modifier being applied by default. Triumphing this map for the first time gave the Toilet Scout skin, if the player did not have it already. Otherwise, the rewards were the same as Easy mode, but boosted by 50% (60% if the map originally chosen had All Paths).
Headache Headquarters had the Brain Rot modifier, which replaced all enemies except the Necromancer. Additionally, based on the map that was chosen in the beginning, it may have additional modifiers, like the Talk Like a Pirate Day or All Paths. While they would not make the map harder, they will affect the appearance of enemies or increase the rewards. When opened in Sandbox mode, it has no modifers.
Design & Path
Headache Headquarters takes place in a laboratory. The room the map is located in has grey walls and floor. It is quite empty, only having a few grey crates and what appears to be multiple monitors close to each other. On the walls, multiple screens can be found. There are also a few windows and gates, through which various halls are visible. These halls have doors, vending machines and benches. Multiple grey metal pipes can also be found on the walls.
The black path starts at the black door and ends at the white one. The path goes straight and then makes two loops, with a single straight path between them. After these two loops, the path goes straight again.

Rewards
The game calculated how many Coins and
EXP you received based on how many waves you survived and if you won a match. During periods of 100% more
EXP (Friday – Sunday), any
EXP earned was multiplied by 2x through the XP Boost modifier. The VIP gamepass also multiplied any
EXP earned by 1.25x through the VIP Boost modifier. These two boosts were additive. Regular
EXP boosts were multiplicative with other modifiers present on this map.
Any rewards that ended in a decimal point was rounded down, no matter the first figure of the leading decimal.
Currently when activated in Sandbox mode, it gives no rewards. When it was first available, rewards were calculated as:
Coins Reward | EXP Reward |
---|---|
(![]() ![]() |

Triumphing it for the first time also gave the Toilet Scout skin.
Badges
There was also one badge which can be obtained when playing on this map. It is:

Strategy
- The Ace Pilot can be useful here, as this map has two loops which are ideal for its circling range.
- As the paths are quite close to each other, high range towers like the Turret, Mortar or Ranger can easily cover most or all of the path on this map.
- While this map has quite a lot of cliffs, most of it far away from the path, while the ones close to it are limited, making cliff towers less useful here.
- The Ranger, because of its high range, can actually reach all the paths on most spots, making it still useful.
Original Strategy
This section contains strategy for Headache Headquarters in its original state. While it could still be used if the player attempts to recreate it by applying the Brain Rot modifier and starting an Easy mode match, due to changes with the game this may not be perfectly accurate.
- You can earn extra money before the mode starts by placing a Farm and upgrading it (if the server size is less than three) before saying "dop dop yes yes". You will be awarded the money spent on the Farm and the extra amount it generated, allowing the purchase of upgrades or towers that you could not normally afford on the first wave.
- It is recommended to select a map with the All Paths modifier, like Infernal Abyss or Winter Stronghold, as modifiers are carried over from previous map to Headache Headquarters. While this does not make the match harder, since the map only has one path, it will increase the rewards gotten at the end of the match.
- The Shotgunner is heavily recommended due to its high DPS and piercing bullets, allowing it to clear out hordes of enemies with ease, while also being affordable on Wave 1, regardless of player count.
- However, if there are four players in the match, you need to be in the Paradoxum Games group to afford it immediately.
- Other early game towers like the Pyromancer, Ace Pilot or Golden Scout can also be used, though they are less effective.
- High DPS towers like the the Accelerator or Minigunner are recommended though it may be hard to afford them due to how little cash the enemies give, especially in higher player counts.
- This is not an issue on the Wave 25, as the Toilet Boss gives out high amounts of cash every few thousand health lost.
- The Ace Pilot and Pursuit can be useful here, as this map has two loops which are ideal for their circling range.
- The Medic can be useful at cleansing stuns from towers at the final wave.
- The Commander and DJ Booth are highly recommended on this map.
- The Commander can be useful at boosting your tower's firerate, giving them more DPS and making dealing with the much stronger enemies easier.
- The DJ Booth can be useful at increasing the range of your towers, in some cases allowing them to cover most of the map, while also decreasing their upgrade costs.
Trivia
- The Headache Headquarters were based on the Skibidi Bunker, which originates from episodes 67-70 of Skibidi Toilet.
- When going out of bounds using free cam, an image of the Prowler Goku meme could be found.
