Halloween Skincrate has been made unobtainable from the game as of the 21st of December 2023 as it was part of the Lunar Overture Event.
Players with the item in question can continue using it, but you cannot obtain this item anymore, outside of limited-time promotional sales.

Description
The Halloween Skincrate is a skincrate that could have been bought for 
4,000 as part of the Lunar Overture Event. This skincrate yields twelve Halloween-themed skins, with some of them being old skins taken from previous Halloween events and skincrates.
This skincrate has two rarities, Event and Exclusive. Both of these cost the same amount of coins in the store, that being 5,000. However, despite both rarities having the same cost, Event skins have a much lower chance to be unlocked than the Exclusive skins.
The Halloween Skincrate is a black and orange striped chest with two wings on the side. A pumpkin lock can be found on the chest, which is used to open the skincrate with a golden heart key.
