Description

The Golden Tommy Goon 1, also referred to as Golden Tommy Crook, is a unit that can be spawned from the Golden Crook Boss at Level 3. On the wiki it is referred to as Golden Tommy Goon 1 to differentiate it from the Golden Tommy Goon 2, as both share the same display name in-game. It is an upgraded version of the Tommy Goon 1, with it having a faster firerate, higher health and more damage. Like most other units, it starts from one of the entrances of the map and moves towards the exit.

Whenever there is an enemy in its range, it will stop moving to attack it and all other detectable enemies in its range. It will continue walking if there are no enemies in its range for a few seconds. The Golden Tommy Goon 1 can detect hidden enemies, though it cannot detect flying enemies. It has a 50 second spawnrate.

The Golden Tommy Goon 1 is replaced by the Golden Tommy Goon 2 when the Golden Crook Boss is upgraded to Level 4.

There is a limit of 4 Golden Tommy Goons and Golden Tommy Goon 2 per Golden Crook Boss. It will last 200 seconds on the map before dying.

Appearance

The Golden Tommy Goon 1 has two black and golden prosthetic arms and a helmet. It wears a yellow shirt, black pants, gloves, tie, belt and overalls, brown shoes and dopper hat. The Golden Tommy Goon 1 wields an M1A1 Thompson submachine gun to attack enemies.

Strategy

• The Golden Tommy Goon 1 can be quite useful against enemies that appear in the mid-game, as it has decent DPS, spawns quickly and has hidden detection, thought it should not be solely relied on.
• The Golden Tommy Goon 1 can deal full collision damage to enemies with defense, like the Giant Boss or Hazard.
  • Its gun damage is still reduced by defense.
• On maps with multiple paths, only one Golden Tommy Goon 1s spawn per Golden Crook Boss, it will go down a random path.
• The Golden Tommy Goon 1 is unaffected by buffs and debuffs.
• The Golden Tommy Goon 1 will struggle against enemies with abilities that deal damage to units because of its low health.
  • For example, the Warden will quickly kill or significantly damage the Golden Tommy Goon 1 if its caught in its laser.
