Description

The Giant Skeleton was an enemy that appeared in the second act of the Lunar Overture Event. It had a high amount of health but a slightly slow speed. It also had 25% defense, reducing the amount of damage it received. It was also immune to being stunned by the Electroshocker and Warden, only being slowed down by them.

Appearance

The Giant Skeleton was a larger version of the Skeleton with a waist, lower arms and lower legs in its rig. It was made entirely of white parts that resembled a skeletal humanoid. It did not have a full torso, but instead had the bone cage for it. Its head was slightly smaller than most other enemies and had two large black eyeholes.

On death, the Giant Skeleton would fall into a pile of bones while playing a bone shaking sound.

Strategy

  • Multiple cheap towers with high DPS, like the Golden Soldier or Ace Pilot are recommended against this.
    • Expensive high DPS towers, like the Accelerator or Minigunner can also be used, but it is not necessary.
      • After the cutscene, these towers may be useful to deal with them as they spawn in large numbers.
  • The Giant Skeleton has defense, reducing the amount of damage towers can deal.
    • Defense dropping towers like the Pyromancer or Golden Pyromancer can be useful at reducing its defense.
    • Towers with splash damage, like the Mortar can be very useful here, as they deal full damage to defense enemies.
      • They can also be useful against enemies that spawn alongside it.
