Description[]

The Frost Necromancer was a high-health summoner enemy that appeared exclusively in Outpost 32 as part of the Frost Invasion Event. Currently, it can only appear in Sandbox mode, though it copies the Operation I.C.E Event Frost Necromancer statistics, while also having its ability not work. Compared to the Frost Hero, which debuted on the same wave in Outpost 32, it had lower health and the same speed. However, the Frost Necromancer could have posed a threat due to its significantly higher health than most enemies that came before it, along with its ability to summon four Snow Minions.

Appearance[]

The Frost Necromancer has black reflective skin, and black granite legs and torso. It wears a black granite textured cloak, complete with a hood and cape. On its shoulders are skull pauldrons. Black chains run along its torso, arms and shoulders. Its torso and leg are cut open and exposed, and its left leg is slightly carved in around its knees. Its arms are also slightly carved in around the elbows. The Frost Necromancer wears blue metal-plated wristbands. On its torso is a neon blue crystal. It is faceless and also wears a blue face covering, which covers the bottom half of its face. The Frost Necromancer wields a blue crystal staff to summon Snow Minions. This staff emits white particles while its torso emitted light blue smoke. Its head is tilted slightly downwards.

Event Strategy[]

Strategy listed here was made for the Frost Invasion Event.

  • High DPS towers, such as the Ranger, Minigunner and Accelerator, are recommended to take down the Frost Necromancer due to its high health.
    • You should use the Commander's Call to Arms ability to boost the firerate of these towers.
    • You can use the DJ Booth to increase the range of your towers to prevent this enemy from going out of range of your defenses.
      • This also aides in ensuring that any Snow Minions that spawn cannot get out of range of your towers.
  • As with all enemies in the Frost Invasion Event, the Pyromancer deals double fire damage to the Frost Necromancer (though normal damage is not doubled).
  • While the Snow Minions that spawn should not be a huge issue at this stage of the game, you can use towers that hit multiple enemies such as the Mortar or Pursuit to easily defeat these.
