Description

The Frost Hero was the final enemy to appear on Insane mode.

It had more health than the Gravekeeper. It could therefore be considered a major boss due to this, and the fact that it was immune to the Freezer's Ice Drop ability, which only major bosses were immune. However, the Frost Hero was duplicated on two-pathed maps, such as Badlands, unlike other major bosses.

The Frost Hero could smash its hammer into the ground near towers, stunning them for a period of time.

Appearance

The Frost Hero wore a sky blue dominus, with sky blue skull shoulder-pads. It had a similar appearance in appearance to the Fallen Hero. Instead of having a face, its head was illuminated blue. Its skin was baby blue, and its torso and legs were sky blue. Its skin, torso and legs were in the ice texture. It wielded an ice hammer to attack towers.

Strategy

  • The Pyromancer can be used to slow the Frost Hero to allow your towers more time to kill it.
  • Cheap towers, such as the Scout, can easily distract this enemy, keeping your main towers attacking.
  • If you can, try to place your towers away from the path, as the Frost Hero's Ice Hammer range is quite short.
    • If you cannot do so, try to place your towers separated from each other. If they are grouped together, they are all at risk of being stunned by one attack.
  • As usual, high DPS towers, such as the Minigunner, Commando and Turret, are recommended.
  • Outlaws and Rocketers are recommended against this enemy as they appear two and three times during wave 67 and wave 68.
    • You can use the Commander's Call to Arms ability to decrease the firerate of these towers.
    • You can also use the John's Gorilla Noises ability to increase the damage of these towers.
