Take them out before they summon more enemies!"

Be on your guard--I can bet that there's more to their stradegy than what we can see."

Description

The Fallen Necromancer is a summoner enemy that appears in Fallen mode. It has a high health but has a speed slightly slower than the Heavy. It has an ability where it slams its staff, summoning six Fallen Skeletons.

Appearance

The Fallen Necromancer has no legs and grayish skin. It has a silver crown that has a blue shard in the middle and silver horns. It has a tiger skull with horns on each shoulder, possibly serving as shoulder pads. It wears a grey scarf and a necklace with possibly shark teeth on it, and a blue crystal. Its arms have bluish-grey arm plates, bandages and metal. It has a grey chest-plate. It also wears a belt.

It wields a grey staff with a skull at the top, and holds it over its shoulder while walking. It slams the staff to the ground and conjures purple smoke when using its Summon ability.

Strategy

  • The Fallen Necromancer can be a threat when it first appears, as it can summon many Fallen Skeletons if not killed quickly, creating hordes, especially in groups.
  • Do note that you do not earn any money from the summoned enemies.
  • The Fallen Necromancer and its Fallen Skeletons move at a somewhat fast pace. You may want to use slowing towers like the Freezer, Warden or Electroshocker, though this is not necessary.
    • Do note that because of its stun immunity, it is only slowed down by stuns and cannot be knocked back. Additionally, when it first spawns, it is a boss enemy, making chillness and stun slowdown the only forms of stalling that can slow it down.
    • Stalling towers with the ability to hit multiple enemies like the Electroshocker, Freezer or Frost Blaster are particularly effective against the Fallen Necromancer as they can also stall the summoned Fallen Skeletons without taking their attention away from the Fallen Necromancer.
