Currencies refer to the different types of resources in Tower Defense Simulator. They are typically awarded upon completing a gamemode or finishing a task. Some currencies can be spent on various towers or items, while others are fixed, and are used to measure progression. Sometimes, currencies may be redeemable with a code.
Coins
The main rewardable currency in the game are
Coins. These are used in the store in the lobby to purchase most towers, emotes, skills, crates or skins.
Coins are rewarded after completing a match. The amount of
Coins rewarded will depend on the gamemode or event.
In the Robux Shop, you can also buy
Coins for Robux.

Cash
The gameplay currency used in Tower Defense Simulator is
Cash, though it is sometimes simply just referred to as
Money. This is entirely separate from other currencies, like
Coins in that it is only used in actual gameplay. You are not rewarded any
Cash upon the completion of a game, nor does it transfer over to
Coins.
Cash is for the most part spent on buying and upgrading towers while playing a game, but on rare occasions, it can also be used for other things, such as purchasing plots in D00M's Revenge.
The starting amount of cash depends on the gamemode, or event. If you are in the Paradoxum Games community group, you will receive an additional
$100 at the start of each game. The primary source of
Cash is when towers damage enemies. You also get Cash upon the completion of every wave. Some towers, like the Farm, Cowboy or Golden Cowboy, also grant an additional source of
Cash.
The amount of
Cash you get when you complete a wave depends on the gamemode (or event). Additionally, shared
Cash (
Cash earned by other players) will vary across gamemodes.

Experience
For information about Levels, see the Levels page.
Experience, normally shortened to
EXP, is a form of non-spendable currency that is always rewarded at the end of games. While it cannot be spent, it is used in your Level Bar while in the lobby to level up to higher levels. Each time you level up, the
EXP in your experience bar resets.
You can also earn Experience through codes.
Levels are used to unlock some towers (like the Crook Boss), give you the ability to buy some towers such as the Accelerator or unlock certain parts of gameplay (like Fallen mode and Hardcore mode).
The amount of Experience earned at the end of a match is multiplied by 1.25x with the VIP gamepass. During periods of 100% more Experience (00:00 UTC Friday – 00:00 UTC Sunday), any Experience earned is multiplied by 2x. Special maps, like Pizza Party or Winter Stronghold, have modifiers which increase the amount of
EXP you get. For example, in Mason Arch, when Molten mode is chosen, you receive
203 EXP when triumphing instead of
185 EXP, as the All Paths modifier increases currency rewards by 10%.
