It is not possible to get the virtual item attached to this product unless bought through the Roblox commercial store, which is the Merch Shop in the lobby.

Players outside the United States of America are able to purchase the physical product via Paradoxum Games store but are unable to get the virtual item attached to this product.
Description
The Cowboy Plush is an upcoming official Paradoxum Games toy which is currently available to be pre-ordered. It was made by Juniper Creates. The plushie offers the Level 4 Cowboy. Anybody who bought the toy from the in-game Merch Store will receive the Umbra skin for the Plushie skin for the Cowboy. If bought on the Paradoxum Games store, it will not come with any rewards.
The revolvers of the Cowboy Plush are detachable. It is made out of plush fabric and polypropylene cotton, its size measures 13 inches (33.02 cm) tall, 10.6 inches (26.924 cm) wide and 11.8 inches (29.972 cm) long. A tree is planted for every order of the plush.
