Construction Crazy is a map that takes place at dusk. It is considered to be one of the most compact maps in the game.

Design & Path[]

The current version of Construction Crazy is an industrial island that appears to be under construction. The various warehouses, cranes, pipes, containers and building materials are indicative of this. Several open pits can be seen on this map, meaning that ground space is limited here.
The path begins and ends at two warehouses. It takes a convoluted route around the map, taking many corners and crossing many open pits.

The first version Construction Crazy is identical to the current version, except baseplate water surrounded the map, instead of terrain water.

Strategy[]

  • There is very little ground space on this map. Try to be conservative with ground space.
    • Long range ground towers, like the Turret, can be placed on the middle metal structure over the open pit. Flying towers, such as the Pursuit and Ace Pilot, also excel in this spot.
    • Any short range towers should be placed near the end of the map where you can place ground towers close to the path. However, be aware that you are very close to the end of the map, so any enemies that passes through your towers here will decrease your base health.
    • Towers can also be placed on the dark brown planks over the open pits, though there is very little space there.
    • As space is very limited on this map, try to place your Farms, Military Bases and Elf Camps significantly away from the path.
    • Be wary of the Turret's large placement footprint as it may take up valuable ground space.
  • Cliff towers like the Ranger are very useful here as they can be placed on top of pillars, containers and wooden boxes, meaning they can be placed over the open pit.
    • Placed on these positions, they can essentially cover the entire map, though do be aware that the Commander and DJ Booth may struggle to reach them.
  • For the first half of the map, the path may be quite hard to pick out. Be aware of where enemies go.
