Description

Castle was a daytime medieval-themed map that has since been removed from the game.

Design & Path

In Castle, cottages, tall houses and several trees could be seen around the map. Various battlements and castle walls could also be seen around the map. The terrain was rather flat other than the large rocks and grassy hills where you could place cliff towers. A large green baseplate surrounded the map.
The brown path rotated around a large hill with a singular castle pillar in the middle of it. The entrance and exit were similar to that of a medieval gate.

Strategy

• The cliffs of this map are a small hindrance for ground towers, as the space for them is reduced.
  • This means ground towers have to be spread along the path, degrading the use of the Commander.
  • However, the Sniper and Outlaw perform admirably on this map as they can cover a large part of it.

Trivia

• Castle was one of the first maps to be added to the game.
• This map was removed in the MEGA Update and was not re-added as it was not remade.
