Bunny Skincrate has been made unobtainable from the game as of the 29th of October 2020 as it was part of the Spring 2020 Event.
Players with the item in question can continue using it, but you cannot obtain this item anymore, outside of limited-time promotional sales.

Description
The Bunny Skincrate is an exclusive skincrate that was only obtainable during the Spring 2020 Event (though it was only taken offsale after the Overhaul Update). You could get one Bunny Skincrate for 
1,000 Tickets in the Event Store, or ten Bunny Skincrates for 
800 via the gamepass.
The Bunny Skincrate yields bunny-themed skins that cannot be gotten from any other skincrate.
The Bunny Skincrate resembles the look of a pink cardboard box with tape to seal it shut, similar to the Basic Skincrate. It features a multi-colored Easter egg on the front of the box.
