Description

The Breaker3 is an enemy that appears on any map with Enemies Beta modifier active, and in Easy, Casual, Intermediate, Molten, Fallen and PVP Test modes. In most cases, it does not appear naturally, and is instead spawned by the Breaker4. It has a low amount of health, average speed and 20% defense. Upon death, it will spawn one Breaker2. The Breaker2 has less health and no defense, but is faster and can spawn one Breaker upon death. Because three of them spawn from the Breaker4 upon death, they will create huge hordes of enemies, which can easily overwhelm unprepared players.

The Breaker3 was replaced by the Png Bot3 in Headache Headquarters.

Appearance

The Breaker3 is a humanoid with a red torso and legs that have a rhombus pattern design of varying sizes and the colors yellow, fiery orange and dark red. Its arms and head are made out of light orange construction paper, with the front and back faces of each part being separate halves held together by small strips of tape. It has a small green humanoid on its chest that represents the Breaker2.

If spawned from the Breaker4, the Breaker3 jumps up with its left arm pointed upwards before falling to the ground. It plays a squeaking sound and emits small waves and red confetti particles on death.

The legacy Breaker3 has a pastel light orange skin color. It has a red torso and legs with a plaid stitch mark pattern on them. It has a green humanoid on its torso, representing the Breaker2.

It plays a crumbling sound on death.

Strategy

  • The Breaker3 spawns one Breaker2 upon death. As three Breaker3s spawn from the Breaker4, this can create large hordes of Breakers, which can make the Breaker3 quite a dangerous enemy.
    • Since their specialty is creating hordes, crowd control towers like the Gladiator, Rocketeer, Mortar or the Executioner can be very effective against them.
      • If you do not have any crowd control towers, setting your towers to strong targeting can help against the Breaker3 as it avoids the Breaker2 and Breaker's invulnerability frames, especially for fast firing towers like the Accelerator or Golden Minigunner.
    • High DPS towers are also recommended, supported by the DJ Booth and Commander.
  • Be aware that you do not earn any cash from damaging the Breaker3 or any enemies it spawns in any mode, as it does not appear naturally.
  • The enemies that spawn from the Breaker3 do not need to be killed for wave progression to occur.
