- "A close range specialist capable of pushing back foes and moving around the battlefield!"
- ―Store Description
Description
The Brawler is a hardcore melee tower that attacks enemies with its mechanical fists. It can be purchased from the store for 1,250.
The Brawler attacks enemies with its mechanical fists, dealing damage. At Level 2, it gains the ability to combo its attacks, making it attack enemies in a burst of three continuous attacks, which ends in a cooldown. The burst does not restart if there are no more enemies in its range. For example, if it lands two hits on enemies and stops attacking, the next hit will be a final hit. The final hit from a combo will deal increased damage and knock back enemies. Knockback has a 2.5 second long cooldown before it can be applied again.
The Brawler also has a unique ability where it can change its current position into one which the player can select. However, this ability has a cooldown of twenty seconds. Upon landing, it will create a shockwave that deals a huge amount damage to enemies and knocks them back. While the regular attack has lead detection, the Reposition ability does not. Uniquely, the Reposition ability can damage and knock back flying enemies, though it will deal no damage to lead flying enemies as it does not have lead detection.
The Brawler has a placement limit of six per player. In PVP Test, it has a limit of five. It is considered an all-round tower due to its cheap placement cost, high DPS and ability to knockback enemies from Level 2+.

Strategy
- The Brawler can be an efficient tower early on during the game.
- For hordes of weaker enemies, a few Level 0 Brawlers can quite efficiently clear out hordes of enemies.
- For singular, high health enemies, the Level 2 Brawler can be effective at killing them and slowing them down, giving your Brawlers and other towers more time to kill it.
- However, due to its lack of hidden detection, you will need to use other towers or consumables.
- The Brawler at Level 2+ knocks back on the third hit, making it useful at slowing down enemies.
- Enemies immune to stun are not affected, as stun immunity prevents them from being knocked back.
- At Level 4, it gains the Reposition ability, which allows it to knock back enemies in a large area
- If there is only a single targetable enemy, the Brawler is capable of constantly knocking it back, preventing it from progressing further.
- The Brawler has lead detection at Level 0, making it effective against lead enemies.
- The Brawler cannot be stunned by any enemy, making it quite useful against enemies like the Warden or Fallen Guardian.
- Due to the Brawler's Reposition ability, it is likely that it will often get out of range of buffing towers, making them much less effective.
- However, the Cooldown Flag, Damage Flag and Range Flag buffs are not removed when it leaves its range, making them quite useful.
- The Brawler's Reposition ability can easily take out hordes of weaker enemies, such as Breaker4s.
- The ability can also hit flying enemies, making Brawler quite effective for taking out hordes of Balloons and Balloon Kids faster.
- Do note that this ability, unlike the regular attack, does not have lead detection. This means lead enemies are only stunned and knocked back by it.
- Also do note that this ability has a cooldown of 20 seconds.
- Due to its extremely high DPS, stun immunity and the Reposition ability, the Brawler can actually do well against major bosses like the Molten Warlord unlike most other low range towers.
- The Brawler has a small placement footprint, allowing it to squeeze in beside other towers easily.
- Unlike other melee towers, the Brawler is not hitbox reliant, which means it can fully utilize range buffs.
Trivia
- The Brawler is the first tower that can change its position on the map without being sold.
- The Brawler is canonically Engineer's brother.
- The Brawler is the cheapest tower to unlock with
Gems.
- The Brawler is the only melee tower to not rely on hitboxes to deal damage.
- The Brawler has an attack pattern very similar to the Monk from Clash Royale.
- The Brawler is the only hardcore tower to not have a level requirement.
