Description
The Abomination is a fast and tanky enemy that appears in Polluted Wasteland II. It has a very high amount of health, fast speed and low defense. It also has Stun Immunity, making it harder to slow down. Upon death, the Abomination will turn into the Reanimated. This gives it half of its health back, including the Shield Health gained from the Mutation modifier and a slight appearance change.
The Abomination replaces the Tank in Oops! All slimes! Challenge Map. The Abomination used to be spawned by the Nuclear Monster, if it was not close enough to the exit.
Appearance
The Abomination is a large humanoid with a waist and lower arms in its rig. It has a dark blue skin color and the ends of its limbs are coated in a green fluid. It has black armbands with grey spikes and abs with tumors and wounds on its chest. It has grey shoulder-pads which have cuts and blood on them. It also has two faceless heads, one being larger than the other. When it becomes the Reanimated, its larger head will explode, with blood particles and a red spot being where the head once was, and it will also gain glowing red veins on its upper arms and a red outline.

Strategy
- Use high DPS towers such as the Accelerator, Ranger, Pursuit and Engineer to defeat this enemy.
- Do note that when the Abomination transforms into the Reanimated, the Accelerator will lock onto a different enemy. This may end up letting the Reanimated get past it, if you do not have any other high DPS towers.
- The Commander and DJ Booth can be very useful at decreasing the firerate of towers and increasing their range.
- The Electroshocker and Warden will not stun it but only slow it down because of its Stun Immunity. Additionally, the Warden will slow it down for a shorter amount of time due to the Abomination's size.
- Knockback towers like the Brawler cannot knock it back as it has the Stun Immunity.

Trivia
- The Abomination is the first enemy to revive itself from death.
- The Commander used to improperly call this enemy a Tank. This was due to the Polluted Wasteland II dialogue being borrowed from the Fallen mode dialogue before the Halloween 2022 Update.
- The Abomination was based on a fan idea from the Tower Defense Simulator Discord server.
